Community Sound Baths

✨ Sink into a deeply restful small-group sound bath designed to soothe your nervous system and softly unwind the body. Surrounded by the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums, you’ll be guided into a state of ease, clarity, and grounded presence.
Enjoy a cozy setup with a floor cushion, bolster, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, and a warm cup of herbal tea in a peaceful, welcoming space.
No experience needed — simply arrive and receive, and leave feeling supported by the warmth of shared rest and community connection.
Group size is intentionally limited to 6–12 participants to preserve the intimate, nurturing nature of each session.
These intimate sound bath gatherings are offered regularly on Sundays at 11 AM and Wednesdays at 6:30 PM evenings. Reservations are required.
All sessions take place at Safe & Sound Wellness, located in downtown St. Augustine inside the Oldest City Arts & Wellness Lounge.

Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

✨This is not your typical yoga class. This session weaves together the slow, intentional holds of yin yoga with the healing frequencies of live sound, creating an immersive experience where movement and sound work together in harmony.
As you sink into each pose, the gentle resonance of crystal bowls and therapeutic instruments washes over you — softening the body, quieting the mind, and guiding your nervous system into a place of deep calm and restoration.
Sessions is limited to 8 participants.

Mom & Baby Sound Bath (Newborn - 12 months)

A gentle, nurturing sound bath created for mom and their baby in the earliest stages — newborns through pre-walking age (approximately 0–12 months) to rest, regulate, and connect together.
This session offers calming sounds and soft vibrations to support nervous system regulation for both mom and baby, creating space to soften, breathe, and simply be — together.
This gathering is intentionally limited to 8 moms and their babies to keep the space intimate, comfortable, and supportive.

Kids Sound Bath (4-8Y)

A calm, playful sound experience for children and their caregivers, designed to support emotional regulation, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
This session is designed to feel gentle, playful, and supportive for both children and caregivers.
We’ll begin with a brief grounding moment to help everyone arrive — using simple breathing and body awareness in a way that feels accessible and light for kids. From there, we’ll move into a calming sound journey where children are invited to listen, rest, or cuddle with their grown-up while experiencing gentle sounds and vibrations.
Toward the end of the session, children will have the opportunity to explore instruments in a guided, hands-on way — honoring their natural curiosity and allowing the experience to close with connection and play.
Children are welcome to participate in whatever way feels natural to them, including listening quietly, moving gently, or taking breaks as needed, with caregivers remaining present throughout.
