Weekly Community Sound Bath Meditation

  • Step into a deeply restorative space and experience the soothing power of sound. These immersive group sessions are thoughtfully crafted to help you release tension, restore energetic balance, and reconnect with your inner calm.

    Each session begins with a gentle guided meditation, followed by healing frequencies and grounding vibrations that guide you into a state of deep relaxation, alignment, and soulful renewal.

    Sessions are intentionally intimate, with group sizes ranging from 6–12 participants, fostering a focused and peaceful environment. No experience needed—just come as you are and relax deeply.

    All sessions take place at the Safe & Sound Wellness Studio, located inside the Oldest City Arts & Wellness Lounge in the heart of historic St. Augustine.
