Community Acupuncture is a gentle, time-honored practice that uses ultra-thin needles to stimulate specific points in the body and support natural healing.
By calming the nervous system and improving energy flow, it helps relieve pain, stress, and imbalance — restoring a sense of harmony and well-being. Sessions are offered in a peaceful shared space, allowing us to make this powerful form of care accessible and affordably priced for all.

Sound Baths • Safe & Sound Wellness • with Christen Helme
Sound Baths are a holistic wellness practice that combines the therapeutic sounds of crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments with mindfulness to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. As the body settles and the nervous system begins to unwind, many people experience a profound sense of relaxation, balance, and inner calm.
At Safe & Sound Wellness, we offer weekly community sound baths, private individual and group sessions, and community gatherings —creating a welcoming space for rest, healing, and meaningful connection.
