When we experience emotional pain or distress, the heart may create a protective “wall” built from unresolved emotions — a natural response to feeling hurt or overwhelmed. While this protection can be helpful at the time, it doesn’t always dissolve on its own and can lead to feeling disconnected, numb, or emotionally guarded.
In this class, participants will learn what a Heart-Wall is, discover whether they have one, and be guided through gentle techniques to support releasing it, allowing for greater emotional openness, connection, and ease.
