Heal Trauma with Movement Series

Session 2: Noncoercion

You’re welcome to join us for an exploration of movement, rest, and reconnection rooted in the healing principles of Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), the only yoga-based modality clinically proven to support recovery from PTSD and complex trauma.

Each week, we’ll begin with a short, accessible introduction to one of the five core principles of TCTSY:
✨ Invitational Language✨ Non-Coercion✨ Shared Authentic Experience✨ Interoception✨ Choice-Making

Then, we’ll move into a mindful, slow-flowing practice designed to invite presence and curiosity, rather than performance or perfection. This is yoga as an opportunity for reclaiming instead of fixing or forcing.

Each session closes with an extended rest opportunity, accompanied by the soothing tones of live crystal singing bowls, offering a spacious landing place for your nervous system.

This class is for you if:
You’re looking for a trauma-sensitive approach to yoga
You’re in therapy or recovery and seeking embodied support
You want to feel more at home in your own body
You crave rest, realness, and radical permission

Rhythm & Chocolate

A heart-led ceremony with cacao, rhythmic journeying and soul sharing

Return Home— to the truth within.

We gather in ceremony—held by the gentle wisdom of ceremonial cacao, the steady rhythm of the drum and the resonance of our shared presence.

Through this alchemical blend of heart medicine, sound and sacred space, we soften the mind’s grip and drop into deeper alignment with the truth that lives beneath the noise.

Cacao opens the heart, preparing us to listen.

Drum and rhythm guide us inward—reconnecting us to our inner north star, to each heart beating in circle and to the rhythm of life beyond.

In the quiet that follows, we offer our words or stillness and silence, and a deep remembering.

This is not a performance or a ritual. It is an invitation…
To bow mind intelligence to body wisdom, calling heart and mind into resonance.

To remember.

To reconnect with the sacred rhythm of your own inner landscape.

All are welcome.
