Autumn invites us to slow down, reflect, and release what no longer serves us. Join us for a nourishing half-day retreat designed to help you find harmony with nature, and better support your body, mind, and spirit in the changing of the seasons.
In this 5-hour immersive experience you will practice gentle, breath-centered movements and mindful stillness to cultivate a deep sense of groundedness. Explore pranayama (breathwork) techniques and other holistic practices to support respiratory and immune health as we prepare for the colder months. Enjoy a tea ceremony followed by guided reflection and intention setting to help clear inner-clutter, and create space for lightness, clarity, and a more balanced sense of being.
