Join Inner Guidance Yoga at the Oldest City Arts & Wellness Lounge for a free 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Open House.

We’ll start with a free all-levels yoga practice so you can get a feel for the lead instructors teaching style and the space training will be held in each month. Followed by an informative overview of the program, including what to expect and how to prepare. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and meet the lead instructor. Whether you're just curious or ready to enroll, this is a great opportunity to explore if this yoga teacher training is the right fit for you!

Limited space available for the Yoga practice from 5:30pm-6:30pm, RSVP is required to attend that portion of the evening. Please bring your own yoga mat. The program overview and Q&A from 6:30pm-7:30pm does not require registration to attend. Light refreshments will be provided.
