Led by Amber Jacober from Inner Guidance Yoga, and Sabrina Taj-Taj from Taj-Taj Acupuncture. Begin with gentle movement to relax the body and prepare the mind for stillness. Then find comfort in a supportive restorative yoga posture, allowing the body to rest while receiving a spot acupuncture treatment to enhance energy flow and deep relaxation. Perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, rejuvenation, and a holistic approach to well-being.
Acupuncture consists of fine needles being inserted into specific points chosen by the practitioner along the body corresponding to meridians, or energetic passageways, in order to remove pain, increase the energy flow in your body, and restore your body’s balance. Acupuncture is fantastic for pain reduction, stress, anxiety, insomnia, gut issues, and so much more!
Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing that will expose or can me moved to expose feet, ankles, hands, wrists, forearms. May bring yoga mat, props, blankets, pillows, and anything else you believe would help you find maximum comfort on the floor. Some props will be provided.
