✨ A gentle, nurturing sound bath created for mamas and their babies (ages 0–18 months) to rest, regulate, and connect together.

Motherhood is a sacred season of tenderness and becoming. This session offers calming sounds and soft vibrations to support nervous system regulation for both mama and baby, creating space to soften, breathe, and simply be — together.

This is a baby-led environment. Movement, feeding, soothing, diaper changes, and tending to your little one are always welcome. There is no expectation for silence or stillness — only permission to arrive exactly as you are.

Mamas are invited to get comfortable in whatever way feels most supportive — baby resting on your chest or belly, in your arms, in a carrier, or on a blanket beside you. An additional breakout space is available if you need to step out at any time.

This gathering is intentionally limited to 8 mamas and their babies to keep the space intimate, comfortable, and supportive.
